- Fish Tacos: Artisan corn tortillas, blackened salmon, shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, baja sauce, black beans, rice
- Coastal French Dip Sandwich: Roast beef, caramelized onion, mushrooms, swiss cheese, au jus dippy sauce and French fries

About Stephen L. Vagnini
A graduate of the University of Virginia with a BA in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Religious Studies, Steve Vagnini was first elected to the office of Assessor County Clerk Recorder in 2001 and he has successfully run unopposed for 3 subsequent four-year terms. In addition to his role as County Assessor, Steve has chaired numerous County committees including the Department Head Council (for 10 years); the Cost Savings Committee (for 10 years) and the GIS committee (for 10 years).
In addition to his life as a public servant Vagnini has been promoting benefit concerts, music festivals, and local bands for thirty-five years. In 2010 Steve co-founded the Monterey County Chapter of Guitars Not Guns, a Non-Profit that provides free guitar lessons and guitars to youth throughout Monterey County. In the last 6 years the Monterey County Chapter has donated over 1,300 guitars and have held classes in Castroville, King City, Gonzales, Seaside and Marina and Salinas. The all-volunteer organization has developed working relationships with Rancho Cielo Youth Campus; Alisal Center for Fine Arts; Community Partnership for Youth The Salvation Army; The Boys and Girls Club and others.
Steve has also sat on a number of local boards and was the PTA President for Olson Elementary School in Marina for 4 years, a member of the MPUSD 711 Committee and was chairperson for the Alliance for Better Schools. He has also served as Chair of the Marina Economic Development Commission, sat on the Pacific Grove Art Center Board; is a member of the Old Monterey Foundation Board of Directors and was recently appointed Chair of the County of Monterey’s Juvenile Justice Commission.
